We want you or your child’s first visit to be fun and educational. One of our assistants will give you a tour of the office and make sure you are comfortable. You will then meet Dr. Prugh and discuss your concerns and hopes for your perfect smile.

We will do a thorough exam and take a full set of orthodontic records. This includes larger X-rays of the teeth and jaws and photographs. Dr. Prugh and her assistant will then review all the details with you to come up with an individualized treatment that meets all your functional and cosmetic goals for you or your child.

Our financial coordinator will also meet with you to review all payment options.

From here we are happy to schedule an appointment to start treatment or give you time to think about treatment options and/or financial arrangements.

You will never be pressured to start treatment or make a down payment on your first visit.
